This site (the “Site”) is administered by Intelligence Options LLC (“Intelligence Options” or “we” or “us”). The use of this Site is governed by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). Please ensure that you have read the Agreement prior to using the Site as the Agreement explains a contractual agreement between you and us regarding the use of this Site. Your use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the Agreement and all of its terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms of the Agreement, you should not use the Site.
We may amend and update this Agreement as we deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You can determine when this Agreement was last modified by referring to the “Last Updated” date above. Any modifications, alterations or updates to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your use of the Site following any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any of the modified, altered or updated terms of the Agreement, you should not use the Site after such modifications, alterations or updates have been posted by us.
We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue any features of this Site, or to refuse or limit anyone’s access to all or part of the Site at any time, without prior notice to you.
Description of Services
We provide users of the Site with access to general information about us and our services, including but not limited to personnel profiles, videos, photos, text, data and other similar content (the “Services”).
Rules for Use of this Site
Your use of this Site must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
You may not use this Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or illegal purpose or for any purpose that is prohibited by this Agreement. Such prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to, using the site to violate the legal rights of others, including but not limited to the privacy rights or rights of publicity of others.
You may not use this site to harass, stalk, threaten, defame or abuse another.
You may not use this Site to send, receive, post, display, distribute, transmit or search for any content or messages that may be considered to be offensive.
You may not use this Site to collect personally identifiable information about others.
You may not misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any individual or entity in connection with your use of this Site, or state or imply that we endorse you or statements made by you.
You may not take any unauthorized action to disrupt, interfere with, disable or damage (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) the operation of this Site or our systems or the networks or servers used by us. Nor may you violate or attempt to violate the policies, regulations, procedures or requirements of such networks.
You may not transmit or make available by any means in connection with this Site any virus, worms, web bugs, Trojan horse, harmful code, malware, spyware or any other types of contaminants or program that is intended to damage or hijack the operation of and/or monitor the use of any type of hardware, software or equipment.
You may not take any unauthorized action to restrict or inhibit another person from using this Site.
You may not take any action that take any action that puts an large load on, or wastes the time of the Site’s resources or infrastructure including, but not limited to, using the Site to distribute “spam” or other types of unsolicited and/or unlawful mass email.
You may not use or disclose any assigned ID’s, confirmation numbers and/or passwords for any unauthorized purpose, or to otherwise access or attempt to access, or allow other unauthorized persons to gain access or attempt to gain access to our information technology systems, files, data, networks or environments.
You may not attempt to log into any server or account that you have not be authorized to gain access to.
You may not duplicate, copy, reproduce sell or exploit in any other way for commercial purposes any portion of, use of, or access to this Site.
You may not actually or attempt to decompile, decipher, modify, adapt, disassemble, reverse engineer, translate or remove any part of this Site.
You may not mirror or frame any portion of this Site without our express, prior written consent.
You may not attempt to circumvent or subvert any system or network security mechanisms. You may not probe the security of any account, system or network associated or used on connection with this Site.
You may not remove any proprietary rights notice from this Site or from any materials that originate from this Site.
You may not systematically download and store Site content to create a database.
You may not use any robot, spider, meta-searching, intelligent agent, or other manual or automatic process or device to search, monitor, retrieve, index, “data mine”, “scrape” or otherwise retrieve, search, monitor or copy content from the Site or to circumvent or reproduce the navigational structure of this Site.
You may not transmit any content, information or proprietary rights that you do not have the right to transmit under law, this Agreement or a fiduciary or contractual relationship.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intelligence Options operates and controls this Site. All content contained on this Site is controlled and owned by us and/or affiliated entities or Third Parties that have licensed or made their content available to us. The content contained on this Site is or may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, service mark and/or other intellectual property or proprietary laws or rights.
You may not use any such content including, but not limited to, Intelligence Options’ name, logo and/or related marks, without the express prior written consent of the owner of the proprietary information or intellectual property. You may not use any of our trademarks or service marks in connection with any service or product that is not part of Intelligence Options or in any way that may cause confusion. You may not frame any of our proprietary information or intellectual property or incorporate the content or materials on this Site into another site without our express prior written consent. Additionally, you may not deep link to any part of this Site without or express prior written consent.
Any and all service marks or trademarks contained on this Site that are not owned by Intelligence Options are the property of their owners. Nothing contained herein or on our Site shall be construed as granting any right or license for anyone to use such service marks or trademarks without the express prior written consent of their owner(s).
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil or criminal liability under copyright and trademark laws. You understand that the unauthorized reproduction or use of any intellectual property contained on this Site is considered to be intentional infringement of such laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your access of this Site constitutes your agreement that this Agreement and your use of the Site will be governed in all respects by New York Sate law, without regard to any conflict of law provisions, and shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in the State of New York for any and all disputes, controversies and/or cases regarding this Site, your use of this Site and/or any matter arising out of or related to this Agreement.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Agreement applies to this Site only, and does not apply to any linked websites. Separate Terms of Use may apply to those linked websites. Any such third-party websites are not under the control of Intelligence Options and Intelligence Options is not responsible for your access to and use of any such website. We do not endorse external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
Privacy
Any submission of information by you through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which is located at http://www.intelligenceoptions.com/legal. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. By using this Site, you agree and expressly consent to our collection of Personal and other information about you as is more fully explained in the Privacy Policy. You agree that all information that you provide to us through the Site is accurate, true and complete. If you provide any information that is not true or is inaccurate or incomplete (or information that Intelligence Options has reason to suspect is not true, inaccurate or incomplete), we have the right in our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access and activity relating to the Site and/or refuse any and all current and future use of the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly update any information that you provide. If you choose to make any of your personally identifiable or other information public through your use of this Site, you do so at your own risk.
Accuracy of Information
While Intelligence Options will attempt to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, complete and current, we make no representation, warranty or guarantees with respect to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information that is contained on the Site.
Limitation on Liabilities and Disclaimers
We are providing all content, services, materials and products on this site “As is” and without any express or implied representations or warranties of any kind unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. With the exception of those warranties which are applicable to these terms under United States Law and are implied by law and are not capable of being excluded, restricted or modified, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, representations, conditions and terms with respect to this Site and all content, materials and information available therein including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, implied warranties of merchantability, and representations and warranties of satisfactory quality.
Neither Intelligence Options nor anyone involved in the creation, production or distribution of this Site makes any representation, warranty or guarantee that any specific software or hardware will be compatible with this Site, nor that any functions or services contained in the Site will be error-free. Nor do any such parties make any representation, warranty or guarantee that any defects will be corrected or that our Server will be free from viruses or other harmful components. You understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to obtain and pay for any and all hardware, software AND/or services required to access and use this site (including, but not limited to, an internet connection) as well as for any and ALL repairs or corrections to the same. You further understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that any and all of your software, hardware and/or services operate correctly with this Site.
Under no circumstances will Intelligence Options be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, actual, punitive, special or exemplary damages of any kind under any theory of liability including, but not limited to, contract, tort or warranty, regardless of whether WE had notice of or should have known in advance of the possibility of such damages or losses including, but not limited to, from the use or attempted use of this Site, or of any third-party site linked to through this Site. Under no circumstances will Intelligence Options be liable for any damages of any kind for any loss of profit, use, data or other intangibles or the loss of the security of any information that you may have provided in connection with the use of this site, or for the unauthorized interception of such information by any third parties.
You understand and agree that your use of this Site is at your own risk and that you evaluated and accept all risks associated with its use, including with respect to the use or reliance on any information, materials or content contained therein. We make no representation or warranties regarding the results that you may obtain by using this Site and we will not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from your use of this site or from any of the materials or information contained on this site.
Should you be dissatisfied with this Site, your only remedy is to cease using the Site.
The possibility exists that certain laws may exist that may not allow for us to limit certain implied warranties, exclusions or for limitations on specific types of damages. Thus, to the extent that such laws apply to you, certain or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations contained herein may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
Intelligence Options makes no guarantees with respect to the security of this Site and we do not guarantee that the use of the Site will go uninterrupted. The possibility exists that third parties will make unauthorized changes to the Site. If you believe that any third party has made an unauthorized alteration to the Site, please contact us at intel@intelligenceoptions.com with a description of the issue and the location of such materials.
Termination
This Agreement is in effect until the point when it is terminated or modified. Intelligence Options has the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, to terminate your access to and/or use of this Site. Termination of your access to the Site by us will not result in any right for you to bring claims against Intelligence Options with respect to the termination. We will not be liable for any termination of your access to the Site or to any such information or files and we will not be required to make any such files or information available to you after such termination except as may be required by law. Intelligence Options may take any steps that it deems necessary or appropriate to enforce or verify compliance with this Agreement, or any part thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, Intelligence Options’ right to cooperate with any legal process relating to the use of this Site or any claim by a third-party that your use of this Site is unlawful or otherwise infringes on such third party’s rights.
Indemnification
Intelligence Options reserves the right to report any wrongdoing by you to any applicable law enforcement or government agencies. Except to the extent prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Intelligence Options and affiliated individuals harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, losses, damages expenses and costs of any kind (including attorneys’ fees), arising from your use of this Site, any violation of this Agreement by you and/or any negligent acts, or omissions or intentional wrongdoing on your part.
Ability to Enter into This Agreement
By using this Site, you expressly affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement. If not, you expressly affirm that you have obtained the proper parental or guardian consent required to enter into this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The headings provided in this Agreement are intended for reference only.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be struck and the rest of the Agreement will be enforced.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any type of relationship between Intelligence Options and you including, but not limited to, any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, franchisor-franchisee or employer-employee relationship.
This Agreement incorporates by reference any additional terms posted on the Site (including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy). The provisions and conditions stated in the Agreement, and each obligation referenced herein, represents the entire Agreement as between you and us relating to the subject matter herein and thus supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between us relating to this subject matter. If there are any inconsistencies between this Agreement and any future published terms of use, the last posted Agreement prevails. You agree that a printed version of this Agreement and any electronic notice shall be admissible in any judicial or administrative proceeding to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as any other business document or record that was originally generated and maintained in printed form.
You are not permitted to assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of your obligations and/or rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
Should Intelligence Options fail to act with respect to breach of this Agreement by you or another, it does not waive our right to act with respect to future, subsequent or similar breaches.
Any notices to you may be made by posting them on the Site, or by mail (email or regular mail), in our sole discretion.
Intelligence Options is not responsible for failing to fulfill any obligations that are due to causes that are beyond its control.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the online information gathering and Uses in connection with this website. It does not apply to the offline practices of Intelligence Options.

Information Collected
Intelligence Options does not collect any “Personal Information,” “Usage Data” and “IP Addresses” or any other type of information through the Site.
- Personal Information
Personal Information is information that identifies an individual including, but not limited to your name, company, title, address, phone number or email address. You may be asked to voluntarily provide Personal Information in order to assist or accomplish you in the purpose of your visit. You are not required to provide Intelligence Options with Personal Information in order to use this Site.
- Other Information
Usage Data is demographic information or any other information that does not reveal someone’s identity. IP address is the Internet Protocol address of the computer that someone is using. Usage Data, IP Addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity is, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Other Information.”
Miscellaneous
- Children
The Site is not directed at children under the age of thirteen (13) years old, and Intelligence Options does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years old.
